Terms and Conditions for Catering Services - God of Pizza

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the booking and provision of catering services by God of Pizza ("we," "us," or "our") for events, including weddings, parties, and other gatherings. By booking our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your event date and covers preparation costs. The deposit is due immediately to confirm your booking.

1.2. Final Payment
The remaining 50% of the total event cost is due 30 days prior to the event date. The final payment must be received in full before services are provided. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of services, and the deposit will not be refunded.

1.3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via [insert payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Details on how to make payments will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Menu and Event Details

2.1. Menu Changes
Once the final event details, including the menu, are agreed upon, no changes to the menu can be made within 30 days of the event. Any changes to the menu or guest count within this timeframe may result in additional fees, and the requested changes may not be accommodated depending on availability of ingredients and scheduling.

2.2. Guest Count
Please confirm the number of guests at least 30 days prior to the event. This will be the basis for the final amount billed. If there is an increase in guest count after this date, additional charges may apply, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by Client
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is used to cover preparation costs and time spent planning for your event.

3.2. Cancellation by God of Pizza
If we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or operational issues), we will offer a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event if possible.

4. Liability and Responsibilities

4.1. Client's Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the number of guests, venue information, and any special requests. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete event details provided by the Client.

4.2. God of Pizza's Responsibilities
We will provide the agreed-upon catering services, including food preparation, delivery, and setup as per the menu and event details discussed prior to the event. We are not responsible for any damages or incidents at the event venue.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, we will work with the Client to reschedule or modify the event. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund for payments made (excluding the non-

refundable deposit).
